I ordered from readywise. My tracking stopped updating. So I reached out to customer service.

They did get back to me. But it took a couple of days. I also had to follow up once. The person was polite and did give me the info I needed.

Everything got sorted in the end. It was just a average experience. Not bad. Not great.

I don’t remember every little detail, but I do remember the checkout page crashing on me more than once. After trying a few times, I just got frustrated and gave up on the order.

i mean, I ordered a few things for emergency prep hoping I’d feel a lot more ready, but I still don’t really feel that confident. The info included was basic, and shipping was fine, just not especially fast or smooth. It’s not bad, I guess, I just expected it to give me a little more peace of mind.

I was just trying to find straightforward ingredient info, but it felt harder to track down than it should’ve been and still seemed kind of vague. For emergency food, that made me a little uneasy and less confident in it. Maybe I missed something, but I feel like that info should be really clear.

I really wanted to like these meals, but they just didn’t sit right with me. The flavors felt bland, and there was this weird aftertaste that made it hard to enjoy them. I kept thinking maybe it was just one meal, but after trying more, I felt disappointed because I was hoping for something more satisfying.

I was about to order from ReadyWise, but the prices felt waaay too high. The discount made it look like a decent deal at first, but once I got to the total, it really didn’t seem that great anymore. Shipping and the final price were what made me back out. It just kinda feels like the sales are there to make things look cheaper than they actually are.

I bought ReadyWise thinking it would be a solid backup food option, but the nutrition side was disappointing. A lot of the meals seem high in sodium, and the protein is lower than I expected, which kind of surprised me, since that’s one of the main things I’d want in emergency food.
The calories are there, sure, but it doesn’t really feel like a balanced setup. If I had to eat this for more than a day or two, I’d probably start worrying about feeling worn down, and that’s not really the point of having backup food, right? Wish I had looked at the labels more closely before buying.

Am I the only one this happens to? I placed my order and ended up getting the wrong items. Frustrating when you’re expecting one thing and something else shows up

I was able to find what I came in for, and most of the stuff seemed to be in stock, which was nice. I didn’t really bother asking customer service for help because I never fully trust that they’ll give me a straight answer, but walking around on my own worked out fine.

I ordered a kit just to try it out, and I can say with total confidence it was not really worth it for me. Shipping took longer than I expected, which already put me in a bad mood, and the food was just okay at best. A couple meals were fine, but others had a weird taste that I absolutely could not ignore. I could see this maybe being useful in an emergency, but for regular use? No chance. I’m almost definitely not buying it again.

My ReadyWise order got here fast, but of course a few things were missing from the box. Customer service did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but it’s still annoying when you’re expecting everything you paid for and some genius in packing drops the ball.

Am I the only one who finds their refund process way more stressful than it should be? I returned my order weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the money to show up. It’s been a headache trying to figure out what’s going on.

I’ve been happy with the mix of meals from readywise. The options is varied enough that it doesn’t feel like I’m eating the same thing over and over. Some meals taste better than others, but overall it’s a solid selection. I’d probably give it 5 stars if they had a few more basic, simple choices.

The food itself is fine, but in my experience it needs a lot more water than I thought it would to actually turn out right. I guess it depends on what you’re expecting, but for me it felt like too much just to make it usable.

I ordered from readywise.com the delivery process was frustrating. The tracking barely moved for days, and the box showed up much later than the date they gave me. I had tried to plan around that timing, so it kind of threw everything off. Customer support was slow to get back too, which made it feel like they were just hoping I’d wait it out instead of actually helping. The food itself might be fine, but if you need your order by a certain date, I wouldn’t really trust it to show up on time.

I was disappointed with the portion sizes. They make it seem like you’re getting a decent amount, but what showed up was tiny. Definitely not what was promised or what I thought I was paying for.

I ordered from readywise.com and the food itself looks totally fine, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better. A couple of the boxes showed up dented, and one had a small tear on the corner. Since this is emergency food storage, I expected the boxes to be a bit sturdier and hold up better in shipping. Nothing was actually ruined, so that’s good, but it didn’t exactly inspire a ton of confidence. They really should use stronger boxes or pack the orders more securely.

I really wanted to like it, but wow, this meal was a total letdown. From the first bite, it just went downhill, and I couldn’t finish any of it. It felt like my appetite packed up and left the table.
